The Rockwell 1747-M1 is an SLC 500 EEPROM module. It has an 8 KB, 1K user words memory for fixed SLC, SLC 5/01, and SLC 5/02 programmable controllers. It also has a user memory of 64,000 words and comes with a flash backup memory.
The program scan time of this module is 0.9 ms, while its I/O scan time is 0.225 ms. The module’s backplane current is 1 A at 5V DC and 175 mA at 24V DC. EtherNet and RS-232 ports are also available with the 1747-M1 module.
